The patent pending asymmetrical shape of the Revolution
paddle is unique. The Revolution paddle allows the player to stay in a more
athletic body position during net play and provides a wider surface area to
play ground shots.
The Revolution is truly innovative in it's shape, there is no other pickleball paddle like it.
The Revolution paddle is constructed with a
honeycomb Nomex core and a graphite face.

*What is
Deflection?
Pickleball
paddles have a rigid paddle face. The USA Pickleball Association measures how
rigid a paddle face is by measuring the paddle face’s deflection.
The
Association tests paddles by putting a weight on the center of the paddle face
and measuring how much the paddle bends under the weight. This measurement is
the paddle’s deflection.
Paddles
are tested with a force of 3kg (6.6 lb) and a force of 5 kg (11.0 lb) applied
to the center of the paddle face. Deflection is measured within a range of 1 to
4 thousandths of an inch (.001 inch).
“Paddles
which have a deflection greater than 5 thousandths of an inch at a test weight
of 3 kg may produce a trampoline effect and shall be subject to further testing
or placed on a list of paddles that do not meet specifications. (revised
1-28-12).” USAPA Paddle Material
