Felt items were priced fairly, web site was easy to navigate, order was processed and deliverly was expidited in a timely manner. Will use Pickleball Central for my next equipment requirements.

Haven't used the Dura balls long enough yet to know if they are worth the premium over the Jugs balls. The order was shipped promptly.

Dura Inside Pickleballs

We bought 3 dozen for our club's use. Most people preferred the Duras to our current inventory of JUGS ball: slightly heavier and harder, so the bounce characteristics were subtly different than the JUGS. However, a smaller but vocal minority preferred the JUGS because they were less hard. The objections were because of a slightly different play characteristic plus a concern of injury if a member takes a hard shot in the face.
My advice: get a dozen or so Duras and introduce them. To distinguish, get the Duras in one color and the Jugs in a different color.
We'll probably stay with the Duras and hope the objections lessen over time., but we'll still retain some JUGS for those who prefer them.
